Washington Township Medical Foundation's cardiothoracic surgery department is focused on the surgical treatment and restoration of organs in the chest area. This includes the heart, lungs, esophagus and structures of the chest. Our services in Fremont, led by physicians affiliated with top-ranked UCSF Health, are offered to patients throughout Northern California.

The team includes UCSF cardiothoracic surgeons Ramin E Beygui, MD, FACS, and Teng C Lee, MD, FACS. Both of these extraordinary surgeons are part of Washington Hospital’s strategic relationship with UCSF Health and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals. This collaboration is helping to create a comprehensive and integrated regional health care network, and provides local residents with expanded access to many of UCSF’s renowned specialty services.
