“Last year I found out I had a parotid gland tumor. I was seeing an ENT in Castro Valley. We had made all the arrangements for surgery and believe me I was scared. It was to be a 5-hour surgery and I would come home with drain tubes and a big scar from my ear down my neck. Fortunately I found out this surgeon was not in-network with my insurance.
