What a great story. Jeanne and Morey MacDonald were visiting from out of state just before one Christmas when Morey was hit with a life-threatening, bleeding brain aneurysm. First responders airlifted him to Washington Hospital, where critical care and neurology teams took over. A few days after a complex, 12-hour surgery, neurosurgeon Jeffrey Thomas, MD, and neurologist Jack Rose, MD, said Morey was doing so well that he was could be released in time for the new year.
