About Whitney Williams

Whitney Williams, FNP-C, is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from California State University Sonoma. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), a prestigious credential that reflects her advanced expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care. Whitney has a diverse clinical background, having worked across a range of healthcare settings in California, including Marysville Clinic, Prospero Health, Kaiser Permanente, Washington Township Medical Foundation Masonic Home Wellness clinic, and Washington Township Medical Foundation Pediatric Clinic. She currently serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Washington Health Medical Group’s Mowry Family Practice Clinic in Fremont, CA.

Whitney’s philosophy of care is rooted in empathy and compassion. She is committed to providing high-quality medical care to all her patients, both young and old, while avoiding harm and encouraging ethically appropriate decision-making. Whitney believes that patient and family education is just as important in the treatment process as making the right diagnosis. She recognizes that as medical care becomes more technologically driven, it is essential to maintain personal connections with her patients. Her goal is to offer superior care in every encounter, whether in the clinic or within the community.

In her free time, Whitney has dedicated herself to a variety of community and volunteer efforts. She served as a Scout leader for both Boy Scouts of America and Girl Scouts USA, where she led high-adventure trips, backpacking excursions, and taught wilderness first aid, watercraft sports, and conservation. Whitney’s volunteer work has also extended globally, having traveled to Haiti in 2011 in response to the cholera epidemic following the 2010 earthquake with World Medical Missions. Additionally, she has been involved in medical responses during multiple crises, including the Camp Fire in 2018, the Oroville Dam Spillway failure in 2017, and the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021. Whitney is deeply committed to serving both her local and global communities in times of need.
