Christina Wong, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Christina Wong was born and raised in the Bay Area. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University with a Biology degree and completed medical school at the University of California, Los Angeles.
She was thrilled to return to the Bay Area to complete her residency at Kaiser Santa Clara where she was a Chief resident. She is currently Board certified and has enjoyed her new home with her practice in Fremont with Women's Health Specialists where she has been practicing since 2008.
Dr. Wong realized her passion for Women's Health early on in her career and is excited to be a part of a specialty that allows her a unique opportunity to be involved in a woman's health care through all stages from adolescence to menopause.
Her focus is on education and preventative health care, contraception, general and high risk obstetrics, minimally invasive surgery for treatment of heavy bleeding, pelvic pain, and sterilization, and adolescent gynecology. She is able to perform unique procedures such as implant placement and removal for contraception, in office endometrial ablations and permanent sterilization procedures.
"I truly believe that it is an honor and a privilege to be able to be a part of a woman’s life through these life changing moments. I look forward to a lasting relationship with my patients through preventative health care visits, obstetrical visits, as well as in times of need.”
